Nice people when it comes to selling but when an issue rises they just don't give a single duck about it.I purchased an wrong awning and I released after opening. And I all wanted to upgrade and pay extra money to get the one I wanted in first place. The awning still in brand new condition but they refuse to do swap/upgrade or refund. So my suggestion would be to be super careful with them. Even tho it written on their return policy refunds are excepted with in 5 days.I spoken them over the phone they actually claim that they are being D.k. I was surprise to hear but yea sure can't argue with that statement :)

Super helpful service. Best place in WA for Bushwakka awnings, even helped out with bolts and parts that are not normally included.
